eekkkkkk!!!!!!
a member of the masonic lodge is in an amateur production tonight, and im going! im feeling a bit nauseous,hot,generally urgh, but i think thats my pots playing up, also extremely achey due to this cold weather that has decided to spring itself on us. never mind, if i go i will tell all.x

I hope all went OK. Know what you mean about the turn of weather. We've had to have the heating on up here too in the mornings and night. Chilly.
Its a big thing to go to one of these events. I couldn't even contemplate it to begin with. I do hope you give yourself credit for that. The first step is being in a position to make a choice to want to go somewhere and you seem to be doing that nicely now.

went ok, although the tiredness is now present. bit on edge, but i took what i read in the week on a blog. when a potsie sits in a normal position all the blood pools in the legs (should of worn compression tights, doh forgot), which creates symptoms close to panic. when i realised this i became aware of what was going on in my body. almost at peace because i knew what was going on. must say the final half of the show was easier to view.
the cold is certainly making things worse. my breathing is affected more, so are my joints. looking forward to the spring. x
