before i became flat out ill, i was putting together another order for charleston. nearly two years later ive dug out the goods. still puzzling how to put the mirror together, will ask for advice i think. sad to say this will probably be my last batch of goods to go. tapestry can be quite intricate work, my mind doesnt work at the best of times so im giving in, or i should say until im better.

charleston farmhouse, sits in the hills of the south downs in sussex. vanessa bell the artist used to live there in the 1920s, her sister virginia woolf would visit, as did the bloomsbury set. today its opened to the public, on display are the painted furniture, tapestries, art work. the have a small shop and gallery attached, which sell things related to the house. ive been lucky enough to sell some of my work there since 2005. x
