yep in i hadnt been to the dentist since september 93. wow. i went in today and book for mid march when i have less appts. not even nervous. maybe on the day though, had to fill out a health questionnaire, i should be ok.
afternoon tea tomorrow, im hoping to take pictures. feeling pretty unwell at the moment, have a plan b ready. i will sit in car if i cant manage the whole thing. im determined to go. chocolate cake, mmmmmmm.

Well done. That is a big step, one I hope to take too one day before I am forced to. Good idea to schedule it at a quieter time.
