payback

arrrrgh. a little pleasant trip. two days of wonky, out of kilter breathing. is it worth it? i cant tolerate alot of symptoms over these past two years ive had to. but breathing, its not on the top of my list of favourites!

its payback time.

The breathing 'issue' does rather seem like overkill for a relatively small amount of fun/normality, doesn't it?!

*huuuuuuuuuuuuggggs* for you

Bummer Em, know that feeling. At heart I love adventures but like you they err
take my breath away.

Hopefully it'll settle down for you in a day or two. Fingies crossed.

Hi Em,

Great photos in the last post, does look a Royal day out. So glad you managed to go through with it. It is inspirational stuff.

I know what you mean about the after effects of that. I hope when they pass you can give yourself some pride at what you did, god knows that is impossible when you are dealing with the problems after.

I really do hope they pass soon. You have done so great and achieving wonderful things. It is great to read about.

All the best and take care

Nechtan said all I wanted to say but better. SO ditto.

I've got this wheezy thing going on in my throat I didn't know throats wheezed!

I mildy overdid it last week not even physically. Visitors to home which I am not used to. Spent all day on Sunday in bed feeling as though I was never going to be able to get out of it again.

I hope you feel better soon Em.
