stanmore here i come.....

for the pre-assessment only.   meeting the team today.  i expect alot of waiting around.  they are seeing whether my body is up to a stint in re-hab.  is it?  i dont know.  we shall see.  have a headache already.  well ive had it since last night. 

the trek across london, urgh, traffic, oh no.
