cancelled

i was due to go to an m.e. appointment this morning. i just got the call to say that its been cancelled, the nurse is ill.

if she had of phoned yesterday i would of be relieved not to attend. its ten miles across london, and the last few weeks ive been feeling under the weather with symptoms. as it is, i had just got up convinced myself that i would be okay, and now im not going.

in a relaxed, jack johnson, kind of way, it cant be helped. so they are going to get back in touch next week. getting agitated will only make my symptoms worse.
