i awoke at 6.30am, still dark outside. no caffeine, not even any de-caff tea. so water will have to do.
after stop taking the beta blockers within hours my pulse went up to 156bpm on standing in seconds. so no coming off the tablets in the future then!!! i WAS someone that wouldnt touch a tablet, now im taking the little red-uns with me to the hospital so hopefully i will be able to take them afterwards.
im sure i will be fine. kings here i come.
