all the time. tomorrow i begin hypnotherapy. im not expecting much. to rid myself of twenty years being told i had anxiety, instead of a chronic illness will be a start. to access memories.
the ceiling in my room has been plastered. wardrobe being bough this week, along with paint. hopefully by next week i will be in.
seeing my neuro on wednesday, im going to mention my hands. any other eds/potsies with burning hands and feet? blotchy red and white, puffy and swollen, at night mostly, sore and painful.

hey melinda, the hypnotherapy went ok. not sure whether or not i was able to go 'under'. i know some people are unable to. yet afterwards i did feel a calming affect. ive been given homework to do, a few times a day for twenty-one days. she how this goes. welcome back to blogger land melinda. xxx

It saddens me to read when you're feeling so ill but that's how it is and partly it's your humility and strength in the face of adversity that makes you so wonderful.
